Cooking Black Rice

Ingredients:

1 cup raw black rice, rinsed and soaked for at least 1 hour in warm water at room temp. Over night is great.

1¾ cups water

Instructions:

  • Combine the rice and water in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and, let simmer for 30 minutes.
