All-purpose stir fry sauce
Ingredients:
Makes about 12 servings worth
4 tbsp black soy sauce
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp sugar (or sweetener of choice, but note that using honey comes with that distinct flavor)
3/4 cup oyster sauce
1/3 cup light soy sauce
3 Tbsp Golden Mountain or other soy seasoning sauce like Maggi or Knorr.
2 tbsp fish sauce
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pot, AND simmer on medium stirring constantly. Once sugar is dissolveD, let cool and place in A jar or air-tight container and in the refrigerator.
It will be ready for you to use whenever you want to make a stir fry, fried rice, or noodle dish! IT WILL BE Good for about 2 weeks as long as you use a very clean container and clean utensils to stir or scoop at each use.
