Sticky Rice in Rice Cooker

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Thai sticky rice/sweet Rice

  • 2 1/2 cups water

Instructions:

  • In a large bowl soak the sticky rice in warm water for at least 30 minutes—no more than 2 hours.

  • Rinse and add to rice cooker

  • Add 2 1/2 cups of water and cook as normal.

  • When the rice cooker says it is done, let it sit for 10 minutes.

  • Open and serve
